Overview

The product sold itself by working.

Glass Factory is agency ops software that combines resource management and project management into a single platform. The problem it solves is real and specific: agencies were paying $60/seat or more for enterprise tools that didn't talk to each other, or cobbling together spreadsheets, Harvest, and Asana into something that sort of worked but always broke under load.

The product was built alongside the agencies that use it. Not for them — with them. That distinction matters. Every feature shipped because someone on a client team hit a wall and told us exactly what they needed. Beta clients converted to paid at 100% when the product went GA. No discounts. No trials extended. The product earned it.

The Product

Resource planning and project delivery in one place.

The core tension in agency operations is the gap between how work is sold (by project) and how work is delivered (by people's time). Most tools optimize for one or the other. Glass Factory holds both in the same view, so capacity decisions and project health are never isolated from each other.

Resource Management

See who's available, who's over capacity, and where time is going — across the whole team, in real time.

Project Tracking

Milestones, budgets, deliverables, and status in one place. No toggling between tools to answer a simple question.

Time Logging

Built into the workflow, not bolted on. Time tracked against the right project and role automatically.

Reporting

Utilization, burn rate, and project margin without a custom spreadsheet. The numbers agencies need to run profitably.

The Pricing Strategy

$15/seat wasn't a discount. It was a position.

The incumbent tools in this space charge $50–$60/seat and require annual contracts. Glass Factory launched at $15/month on a month-to-month basis. That's not a loss leader — it's a deliberate bet that a product built with real agencies, solving real problems, doesn't need to hold customers hostage. The 100% beta conversion rate proved the thesis. Every agency that used it stayed. None of them needed a deal to do it.
